I made this prawn brie cheese pasta and it turned out so good. The original recipe didn’t have much protein, but you know we always hit our protein goal, so I added prawns. It tastes like restaurant pasta but healthier! Make this for your girlfriend or boyfriend if you want to impress them! hehe

Spaghetti (I used fettuccine)
240gCherry tomatoes
300gBasil leaves
60gBrie cheese
150gCooked prawns
600gSalt
5gOptional:
ground pepper, minced garlic
Directions
- Cook the pasta in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Salt the water so the pasta is lightly seasoned.
- While the pasta cooks, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a large bowl. Add the basil leaves as much as you want.
- Remove the rind from the brie cheese.
- When the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat and drain the water, but leave a little bit of pasta water in the pot.
- Add the brie cheese, Mix until the cheese melts and coats the noodles evenly.
- Add ground pepper as much as you prefer, add the cooked prawns and mix it well.
- Transfer the cheesy pasta into the bowl with the tomatoes and basil. Add salt and toss gently.
- Enjoy your high protein brie cheese pasta!

Notes
- Feel free to add pepper and minced garlic if you like. You can also add a little olive oil if your fats allow it. It helps the pasta mix with the cheese more easily and adds extra flavour. And of course, it’s totally fine not to use it!
- I didn’t have enough brie, so I mixed in some parmesan. It still worked, but using enough brie definitely tastes better!
