This is a delicious low calorie, high protein, and easy to make meal that got me through my competition prep.

Ingredients

  • Maggi Rich Gravy Mix
    15 gram

  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese
    25 gram

  • Cooked Chicken Breast
    200 gram

  • Potato Spud Lite 25% Less Carbs
    250 gram

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Prepare your chicken by cooking and cutting it into bite sized pieces. If you want a good recipe, refer to my “Perfect Air Fried Chicken” recipe.
  • Prepare gravy by adding 15g to a small bowl. Add boiling water and mix until dissolved. Then microwave for 30 seconds and give it a stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds before stirring once more and taking it out. The gravy should now be nice and thick.
  • Prepare your spud lite potatoes in whatever way you like. I like preparing them and turning them into fries.
  • Cooking
  • On a plate, add your cooked potatoes and chicken.
  • Pour your gravy on top and top with mozzarella cheese.
