Maggi Rich Gravy Mix
15 gramGrated Mozzarella Cheese

- Preparation
- Prepare your chicken by cooking and cutting it into bite sized pieces. If you want a good recipe, refer to my “Perfect Air Fried Chicken” recipe.
- Prepare gravy by adding 15g to a small bowl. Add boiling water and mix until dissolved. Then microwave for 30 seconds and give it a stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds before stirring once more and taking it out. The gravy should now be nice and thick.
- Prepare your spud lite potatoes in whatever way you like. I like preparing them and turning them into fries.
- Cooking
- On a plate, add your cooked potatoes and chicken.
- Pour your gravy on top and top with mozzarella cheese.
