Ingredients
Firm Tofu
100 gramSalt
1 pinchBlack Pepper
1 pinchMaggi Air Fryer Crispy Salt And Pepper Seasoning
10 gramOptional: Aioli or mayonnaise for dipping!
Directions
- Preparation
- Wash the tofu and pat it dry with a paper towel.
- Slice the tofu as thinly as possible — the thinner, the crispier!
- Season the slices with salt and pepper.
- Cooking
- Arrange the tofu in the air fryer basket, making sure the pieces don’t overlap.
- Air fry at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- If the chips are crispy enough, transfer them to a bowl and toss with your choice of seasoning.
- Serve with aioli or mayonnaise if desired.

- I used ‘Soyco Tofu Hi-Protein Firm Block’ for the tofu!
- You can use your choice of seasoning for the chips. We used Maggi Air Fryer seasoning!
