Ingredients
Skim Milk
300 milliliterMusclenation Custard Protein (Vanilla)
40 gramSalt
1 pinchSweeteners
5 gram
Directions
- Preparation
- In a Creami tub, add skim milk, custard protein, salt, and sweetener. With an electric hand mixer or something similar, mix it all together.
- Fill the rest of the tub with water up until the liquid reaches the max fill line.
- Give it one final mix and freeze the mixture for a MINIMUM of 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, run the Creami tub under hot water for 30s-1min.
- Cooking
- Use the lite ice cream function. If the mixture comes out too icy, then add a VERY SMALL amount of water and respin.
- If you have the calories, then add any mix in you want.
