My current boujee protein snack obsession 🥢

Ingredients

  • Lime Juice
    40 gram

  • Stevia
    22 gram

  • Fish Sauce
    30 gram

  • Shallots
    50 gram

  • Green Onion
    10 gram

  • Red Chili
    5 gram

  • Sashimi Tuna
    250 gram

  • Dill
    5 gram

  • Optional: Diced tomatoes for extra volume

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Chop the green onion, and dice the shallots and tuna.
  • Cooking
  • In a small bowl, combine lime juice, stevia and fish sauce. Stir until combined.
  • Mix in shallots, green onions, red chili flakes and dill. You can also add diced tomatoes here if you want extra volume!
  • Add the tuna and toss to combine.
  • Transfer to a separate bowl/container and discard excess liquid.
  • Enjoy with either cruskits for something low calorie, or you can have it with rice.
