Miniature Marshmallows
130 gramLight Butter (Stick without Salt)
35 gramSoy Protein Crisps

- Cooking
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, add marshmallows and butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth and combined.
- Add soy crisps to the melted mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Line a tray or baking dish with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the tray and press down firmly with a flat tool. (Tip: Pressing firmly is key — otherwise the bars won’t stick together.)
- Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Slice and enjoy!
