Delicious and nutritious protein rice krispie (LCM) bars that are perfect for a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • Miniature Marshmallows
    130 gram

  • Light Butter (Stick without Salt)
    35 gram

  • Soy Protein Crisps
    150 gram

Directions

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, add marshmallows and butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth and combined.
  • Add soy crisps to the melted mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  • Line a tray or baking dish with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the tray and press down firmly with a flat tool. (Tip: Pressing firmly is key — otherwise the bars won’t stick together.)
  • Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  • Slice and enjoy!
