Peking (duck flavoured) chicken

I’m a big big big fan of Peking duck — it’s one of my absolute favorite Chinese dishes.

But let’s be honest: it’s not exactly the most diet-friendly option when you’re cutting. So I came up with this Peking duck-inspired marinated chicken to help satisfy those cravings.

I know, I know — Peking duck is all about that honey-glazed crispy skin and juicy meat… but hey, we can save the real thing for after you hit your cutting goals, right? Hope this chicken recipe gives you a little help (and joy) during your cut! xx
