The closest thing to an anabolic McDonald’s soft serve I’ve ever made. Keep in mind that the vanilla protein will significantly change the taste – I used Muscle Nation’s whey isolate vanilla protein.

Notes
- I used Muscle Nation’s Whey Protein Isolate Vanilla Ice Cream as it’s lower calorie and tastes better than their supermarket version
- I used Liddell’s Low Fat Lactose Free Milk (lactose free milk will make it naturally sweeter too)
