  • Oats
    45g

  • Chicken bone broth
    250g

  • Cooked chicken breast
    100g

  • Scallions
    20g

  • Minced garlic
    5g

  • Sesame Oil
    2g

  • Furikake
    2g

  • Salt and Pepper
    To taste

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine the oats, chicken bone broth, chicken breast, scallions, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes and stir. Further microwave for another 1.5 minutes.
  • Give it one final stir and top it off with sesame oil and furikake, and enjoy!
