Ingredients

  • Sashimi Tuna
    400 g

  • Salt
    5 g

  • Spring onion
    100 g

  • Sweet soy sauce
    15 g

  • Plum extract
    10g

  • Sesame oil
    15 gram

  • Cooked rice
    200 gram

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Pat the tuna dry with paper towel.
  • Cut the tuna into cubes.
  • Season the tuna with salt.
  • Finely chop the spring onions, using both the white and green parts evenly.

  • Place the tuna in a mixing bowl, add sashimi soy sauce, plum extract, sesame oil, and spring onion. Mix well.
  • Add the cooked rice to the tuna mixture and combine thoroughly.
  • Divide into 2 servings and plate nicely with lettuce and nori.
  • Optional: top with extra sesame seeds and an egg yolk if your fats allow!

Notes

  • Optional: sesame seeds, an egg yolk, nori, lettuce -If you want to save carbs, you can have it on its own with lettuce and nori instead of rice!
