Ingredients
Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 kilogramSalt
1 dashBlack Pepper
1 dashKnorr Chicken Powder
6 gramSugar
6 gramOyster Sauce
40 gram
Directions
- Preparation
- Trim the excess fat and skin from the chicken thighs.
- In a large bowl, add the trimmed chicken thighs. Then add the sugar, chicken seasoning powder, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Cover and marinate overnight(minimum 3 hours) in the fridge for maximum flavor.
- Cooking
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3–5 minutes.
- Lightly spray or brush the basket with oil to prevent sticking. Place chicken in a single layer (don’t overlap). Air fry at 200°C for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- If you like crispier edges, air fry 1–2 minutes longer at the end.
- Slice and serve with steamed rice, pickled veggies, or greens.
