An easy to make 0 calorie (kind of) chicken marinade! You can use chicken breast if you’d like to save calories but thigh is much better for this 🙂

Ingredients

  • Skinless Chicken Thighs
    1 kilogram

  • Salt
    1 dash

  • Black Pepper
    1 dash

  • Knorr Chicken Powder
    6 gram

  • Sugar
    6 gram

  • Oyster Sauce
    40 gram

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Trim the excess fat and skin from the chicken thighs.
  • In a large bowl, add the trimmed chicken thighs. Then add the sugar, chicken seasoning powder, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Cover and marinate overnight(minimum 3 hours) in the fridge for maximum flavor.
  • Cooking
  • Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray or brush the basket with oil to prevent sticking. Place chicken in a single layer (don’t overlap). Air fry at 200°C for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • If you like crispier edges, air fry 1–2 minutes longer at the end.
  • Slice and serve with steamed rice, pickled veggies, or greens.
