Coconut Cream
180 gramShrimp Paste
25 gramCoconut Palm Sugar
66 gramKaffir Lime Leaves
13 gramKnorr Chicken Powder
25 gramRed Curry Paste
140 gramLean Beef Mince

Directions
- Cooking
- In a large pot, bring the coconut cream to a light boil.
- Add the palm sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add the shrimp paste, kaffir lime leaves, chicken seasoning powder, red curry paste, and mix.
- Finally, add the mince and constantly stir until the meat is cooked.
- (Optional) Simmer on low heat for a little bit to reduce the liquid.
