Ingredients
Raw Lemongrass Chicken Thigh (Lee Lem recipe)
200 gramLettuce
60 gramCucumbers
40 gramCarrots
40 gramRed Onions
20 gramSpring Onion
5 gramCoriander
5 gramHellmann’s Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise
15 gramKnorr’s Liquid Seasoning
5 gramSalt and Pepper
1 pinchOptional pairing: toasted bread or low carb crackers like cruskits
Directions
- Preparation
- Cook the lemongrass chicken (Recipe available on EVERFIT!), and wash and prep all the ingredients you’re going to use.
- Place all the ingredients on a chopping board and chop until all ingredients are finely chopped and combined.
- Cooking
- If you have the calories, toast up some bread or a roll. This pairs really well as it’s pretty much a homemade easy banh mi! Otherwise, if you want something lower calorie, cruskits, low carb bread, or crackers also pair well. Or just eat it by itself.
