I’ve been trying to create a really good high-protein tiramisu that has no aftertaste and still tastes like real tiramisu. I tested so many different ingredients, and finally I came up with a recipe that doesn’t use protein powder at all. No aftertaste, and it truly tastes like classic tiramisu.
As a huge tiramisu lover, I honestly don’t even want to eat regular tiramisu anymore. I can proudly say this is one of the best recipes I’ve ever made. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
