Sashimi Tuna
400 gSalt
5 gSpring onion
100 gSweet soy sauce
15 gPlum extract
10gSesame oil
15 gramCooked rice

- Preparation
- Pat the tuna dry with paper towel.
- Cut the tuna into cubes.
- Season the tuna with salt.
- Finely chop the spring onions, using both the white and green parts evenly.
- Cooking
- Place the tuna in a mixing bowl, add sashimi soy sauce, plum extract, sesame oil, and spring onion. Mix well.
- Add the cooked rice to the tuna mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Divide into 2 servings and plate nicely with lettuce and nori.
- Optional: top with extra sesame seeds and an egg yolk if your fats allow!
Notes
- Optional: sesame seeds, an egg yolk, nori, lettuce -If you want to save carbs, you can have it on its own with lettuce and nori instead of rice!
