Crispy high protein tofu chips that you can season to your liking after cooking.

Ingredients

  • Firm Tofu
    100 gram

  • Salt
    1 pinch

  • Black Pepper
    1 pinch

  • Maggi Air Fryer Crispy Salt And Pepper Seasoning
    10 gram

  • Optional: Aioli or mayonnaise for dipping!

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Wash the tofu and pat it dry with a paper towel.
  • Slice the tofu as thinly as possible — the thinner, the crispier!
  • Season the slices with salt and pepper.
  • Cooking
  • Arrange the tofu in the air fryer basket, making sure the pieces don’t overlap.
  • Air fry at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • If the chips are crispy enough, transfer them to a bowl and toss with your choice of seasoning.
  • Serve with aioli or mayonnaise if desired.

  • I used ‘Soyco Tofu Hi-Protein Firm Block’ for the tofu!
  • You can use your choice of seasoning for the chips. We used Maggi Air Fryer seasoning!
