Ingredients
Round Beef
1300 gramWater
2000 gramSoy Sauce
200 gramBrown Sugar
20 gramLakanto Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener
40 gramDasida (Beef Flavor)
15 gramSpring Onion
150 gramGinger
50 gramOnions
1 pieceGarlic
10 pieceOptional garnish: Sesame seeds and sesame oil
Directions
- Preparation
- Clean and soak the beef for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- While you’re waiting prep your in stock ingredients. Peel and cut 1 onion in half, cut the spring onions into finger sized pieces, peel and chop ginger, and peel cloves of garlic.
- Cooking
- Transfer your beef to a deep large pot. To the pot on high heat, add 2000g of water, 40g of monkfruit brown sugar alternative sweetener, 15g of dasida, the spring onions, ginger, onion and garlic.
- When the stock begins to boil, remove any scum that rises to the surface, remove the spring onion, onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Turn down the heat and simmer for 2+ hours or until the meat is tender to your liking!
- Once it’s how you want it, pull the beef and transfer it into a large container and garnish it with sesame seeds!
