Cabbage Mandu

I made this recipe a lot while Lee was prepping for his bodybuilding competition. If you have a food processor, the preparation time will be much shorter. I usually make it in bulk for 4~5 servings in advance and freeze it to eat quickly! This is a great comfort food that’s very low in fat and high in protein. Just be careful not to eat every day — cabbage can cause a lot of gas, hehe.
