Sour Cream & Chives Flavoured Rice Cake
4 pieceBulla High Protein Cottage Cheese
100 gramD’Orsogna Leg Ham Shaved
100 gramPowdered Peanut Butter
15 gramApple

Directions
- Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix the 15g powdered peanut butter with a splash of water (start with 1 tablespoon and add more if needed) until it forms a smooth, spreadable paste.
- Thinly slice the apple.
- Cooking
- Evenly spread the peanut butter paste on top of each rice cake.
- Spoon and evenly spread about 25g of cottage cheese on top of the peanut butter layer on each rice cake.
- Divide the leg ham evenly and place slices over the cottage cheese on each rice cake.
- Arrange the thin apple slices evenly on top of the ham.
