TRY THIS COTTAGE CHEESE COMBO 🧀

Ingredients

  • Sour Cream & Chives Flavoured Rice Cake
    4 piece

  • Bulla High Protein Cottage Cheese
    100 gram

  • D’Orsogna Leg Ham Shaved
    100 gram

  • Powdered Peanut Butter
    15 gram

  • Apple
    64 gram

Directions

  • Preparation
  • In a small bowl, mix the 15g powdered peanut butter with a splash of water (start with 1 tablespoon and add more if needed) until it forms a smooth, spreadable paste.
  • Thinly slice the apple.
  • Cooking
  • Evenly spread the peanut butter paste on top of each rice cake.
  • Spoon and evenly spread about 25g of cottage cheese on top of the peanut butter layer on each rice cake.
  • Divide the leg ham evenly and place slices over the cottage cheese on each rice cake.
  • Arrange the thin apple slices evenly on top of the ham.
  • Enjoy your deliciously layered rice cake snack!
