This is how you can make the perfect Ninja Creami base every single time with very little ingredients 🍨
NOTE: Calories and macros will vary depending on the flavour of custard protein you use, but they will all be around that 250 calorie range!

Ingredients

  • Skim Milk
    300 milliliter

  • Musclenation Custard Protein (Vanilla)
    40 gram

  • Salt
    1 pinch

  • Sweeteners
    5 gram

Directions

  • Preparation
  • In a Creami tub, add skim milk, custard protein, salt, and sweetener. With an electric hand mixer or something similar, mix it all together.
  • Fill the rest of the tub with water up until the liquid reaches the max fill line.
  • Give it one final mix and freeze the mixture for a MINIMUM of 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours, run the Creami tub under hot water for 30s-1min.
  • Cooking
  • Use the lite ice cream function. If the mixture comes out too icy, then add a VERY SMALL amount of water and respin.
  • If you have the calories, then add any mix in you want.

  • When it comes to protein powder, Vanilla is always a great base flavour that pretty much goes with anything. However, they have so many different flavours that the combinations are endless 🤤
  • You can use your sweetener of choice
