Ingredients
Lime Juice
40 gramStevia
22 gramFish Sauce
30 gramShallots
50 gramGreen Onion
10 gramRed Chili
5 gramSashimi Tuna
250 gramDill
5 gramOptional: Diced tomatoes for extra volume
Directions
- Preparation
- Chop the green onion, and dice the shallots and tuna.
- Cooking
- In a small bowl, combine lime juice, stevia and fish sauce. Stir until combined.
- Mix in shallots, green onions, red chili flakes and dill. You can also add diced tomatoes here if you want extra volume!
- Add the tuna and toss to combine.
- Transfer to a separate bowl/container and discard excess liquid.
- Enjoy with either cruskits for something low calorie, or you can have it with rice.
