“I can’t hit my protein” – not anymore 🙂

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts
    250 gram

  • Minced Garlic
    5 gram

  • Soy Sauce
    5 gram

  • Knorr Chicken Powder
    1 teaspoon

  • Chinese Five Spice
    1 pinch

  • Ginger (Ground)
    1 pinch

  • Cooking Wine
    1 teaspoon

  • Cornflake Crumbs
    40 gram

Directions

  • Place the chicken breast on a cutting board and gently smash it with the back of a knife or mallet to make it thinner and more even in thickness.
  • In a bowl, add the chicken along with minced garlic, soy sauce, chicken powder, five spice powder, ginger powder, and rice cooking wine. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (longer if you have time).
  • Lightly crush the cornflakes in a bag or bowl. Press the chicken into the crushed cornflakes, coating both sides evenly.
  • Place the coated chicken in the air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 10 minutes on each side, or until golden and fully cooked through.
  • Top with your favourite noodle seasoning powder, and enjoy!
