Ingredients

  • Broccoli
    150 gram

  • Salt
    1 pinch

  • Oyster Sauce
    25 gram

  • Sesame Oil
    3 gram

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Trim the broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Cooking
  • Add some water to the pot, heat it up until it boils.
  • Blanch the broccoli in the boiling water for about 3 minutes.
  • Once the broccoli is still green and not too cooked, drain it and transfer it into a bowl.
  • Season with sesame oil, oyster sauce, and a little of the reserved cooking water.
  • Toss well to coat evenly.
