Directions
- Preparation
- Trim the broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Cooking
- Add some water to the pot, heat it up until it boils.
- Blanch the broccoli in the boiling water for about 3 minutes.
- Once the broccoli is still green and not too cooked, drain it and transfer it into a bowl.
- Season with sesame oil, oyster sauce, and a little of the reserved cooking water.
