Ingredients
Mission Original Wraps
1 largeHoisin Sauce
10 gramGrated Carrot
50 gramCooked Pecking Chicken (Minseo’s recipe)
125 gramHellmann’s Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise
10 gramSpring Onion
50 gram
Directions
- Preparation
- Cook the Peking-style chicken (recipe available on Everfit).
- Shred the carrot and slice the spring onion.
- Cooking
- Prepare one soft white wrap and spread hoisin sauce evenly on the bottom.
- Add the shredded carrot, Peking chicken, and a bit of Hellmann’s mayo.
- Top with sliced spring onion, then wrap it tightly.
- For the best result, lightly toast the wrap in an air fryer for 5–7 minutes!
Notes
- I know cucumber is the classic pairing for Peking duck wraps, but if you’re not eating it right away, I recommend using carrot instead. Cucumber tends to make the wrap watery, which isn’t ideal for storing over a few days.
- I used shredded carrot — and if you have some carrot salad on hand, even better!
