50 gramWater
250 milliliterWhite Miso
18 gramSpinach
20 gramEggs
1 largeCooked Chicken Breast
55 gramOptional: Furikake for garnish

- Preparation
- Be prepared with your cooked chicken breast, cooked mushrooms, and a fried egg.
- Cooking
- In a pot, add oats and water, and bring to a boil.
- Mix in miso and once everything is combined, add the spinach.
- Once the spinach cooks down, transfer to a bowl and add your toppings of choice. I added a pan fried egg, sautéed mushrooms, cooked chicken breast, and furikake.
