Ingredients

  • Quick Oats
    50 gram

  • Water
    250 milliliter

  • White Miso
    18 gram

  • Spinach
    20 gram

  • Eggs
    1 large

  • Cooked Chicken Breast
    55 gram

  • Optional: Furikake for garnish

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Be prepared with your cooked chicken breast, cooked mushrooms, and a fried egg.
  • Cooking
  • In a pot, add oats and water, and bring to a boil.
  • Mix in miso and once everything is combined, add the spinach.
  • Once the spinach cooks down, transfer to a bowl and add your toppings of choice. I added a pan fried egg, sautéed mushrooms, cooked chicken breast, and furikake.
