Low Fat Bossam (Korean Steamed Pork)

I love Bossam (Steamed pork belly), but because of its high fat content, I usually can’t have it while I’m on a diet. So, I made it with pork fillet to reduce the fat and used baking soda to make it tender! If you’re a Korean food lover, this recipe will help you stay on track with your diet while still keeping you satisfied.
