For the lazy days 🍜

Ingredients

  • Shin Ramyun Light
    1 packet

  • Water
    500 milliliter

  • Enoki Mushrooms
    70 gram

  • Eggs
    1 large

  • Lean Beef Strips
    200 gram

  • Spring Onion
    10 gram

  • Kimchi Cabbage
    100 gram

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Chop the spring onion, kimchi and thinly slice beef.
  • Cooking
  • Boil water in a pot. Once the water is boiling, add the noodles seasoning packet and enoki mushrooms. Boil for 2 minutes
  • After 2 minutes, add the egg. Boil for another 2 minutes
  • Add your thinly sliced beef and cook for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds turn off heat and transfer to a bowl. Your beef should be medium rare.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve with a side of kimchi.
  • Enjoy!
