Cooked White Rice
300 gramRaw Lemongrass Chicken Thigh (Lee Lem recipe)
250 gramCucumbers
100 gramKnorr’s Liquid Seasoning
2 tablespoon

- Preparation
- Prep your lemongrass chicken the night before — it tastes way better after an overnight marinade! Watch the recipe here: https://youtu.be/KncORDjb0Bc
- Cut the cucumber into circles and then cut them again length ways.
- Cooking
- Heat up your cooked rice and cooked protein. Then add the cooked rice, cooked protein of choice, and chopped cucumber into a bowl.
- Add Knorr’s Liquid Seasoning and give it a mix. If it’s not salty enough adjust the seasoning amount to taste!
