Ingredients
Carrots
140 gramCauliflower
250 gramLean Rump Steak
370 gramMinced Garlic
15 gramOnions
80 gramWokka Golden Hokkien Noodles
1 packetGround Pepper
1 pinchKnorr Chicken Powder
15 gramCarrots
50 gramSugar
2 gramFish Sauce
5 gramOyster Sauce

Directions
- Preparation
- Chop the vegetables of your choice, along with the beef and garlic, into bite-sized pieces.
- Cooking
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Brown the sliced beef until just cooked, then set it aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and onion. Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add your chopped vegetables and keep stirring.
- While the veggies cook, microwave the Hokkien noodles for 2 minutes.
- Season the vegetables with pepper, chicken stock powder, sugar, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
- Add the noodles and cooked beef back into the pan.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Divide into 2 bowls and enjoy immediately!
