Ingredients

  • Beef Slices for Hot Pot
    150 gram

  • Enoki Mushrooms
    100 gram

  • Onions
    100 gram

  • Cabbages
    150 gram

  • Eggs
    1 large

  • Oil
    1 dash

  • Soy Sauce
    40 gram

  • Oyster Sauce
    20 gram

  • Sugar
    10 gram

  • Black Pepper
    1 pinch

  • Water
    100 gram

  • Optional: Eggs, Rice, Sesame oil

  • Garnish: Sesame seeds, Spring onions

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Chop some onions and cabbage. Spray some oil in a pan and stir fry the onions.
  • Make as many enoki beef rolls as you like, depending on how many servings you need.
  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar (or sweetener), pepper, and a splash of water to make the sauce.
  • Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it well until fully mixed.
  • Cooking
  • In a non-stick pan, place your enoki beef rolls on top of the sautéed onions over high heat.
  • Pour the sauce into the pan, cover with a lid, and let it cook through.
  • Once it starts boiling, pour in the beaten egg and let it gently set.
  • To serve, place shredded cabbage on a plate, top with the cooked enoki beef rolls, and drizzle with some of the sauce.
  • If your calories are allowed, add a serving of rice on the side, a splash of sesame oil, and garnish as desired (e.g. sesame seeds, spring onions)

  • If you’re cutting, you can substitute sweetener for sugar to reduce calories!
