Ingredients

  • Mix Salad Leave
    40 gram

  • Shredded Carrots
    40 gram

  • Cooked Prawns (Peeled & Deveined)
    175 gram

  • Cooked Rotini Pasta
    125 gram

  • White Sweet Corn (Canned)
    20 gram

  • Minced Garlic
    35 gram

  • Soy Sauce
    30 milliliter

  • Sugar
    15 gram

  • Lemon Juice
    25 gram

  • Olive Oil
    15 gram

  • Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets
    1 packet

  • Sesame Oil
    7 gram

  • Roasted Sesame Seeds
    5 gram

  • Rice Vinegar
    15 gram

  • Fish Sauce
    15 gram

  • Plum extract
    10 gram

  • Water
    30 gram

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  • Boil or pan-cook the prawns until fully cooked.
  • Grate the carrot and prepare all remaining ingredients (e.g. corn, mixed leaves).
  • Prepare your dressing or sauce of choice and set it aside.
  • Cooking
  • In your meal prep containers, portion out each serve with cooked pasta, cooked prawns, grated carrot, corn, and mixed salad leaves.
  • Pack the sauce separately into small containers or dressing pots to keep it fresh.
  • When ready to eat, pour the sauce over the salad, mix, and enjoy!

Notes

  • The calories can be adjusted based on how much you use of each ingredient 🙂
  • We used fusilli pasta. You can use your choice of pasta!
  • If you don’t have equal, you can use your sweetener of choice. Just keep in mind that the sweetness can change!
