Low sugar Berry compote

If you’re a jam person, you need to try this low sugar berry compote. It takes 10 minutes and you can use it in so many different ways. It doesn’t have any preservatives or bad ingredients, just the frozen berries, little bit of lime juice and your choice of sweetener, that’s it!

I made them twice already, and this made me enjoying the greek yogurt a lot better! You can literally pair them with any dessert, however if you use them in a healthy way – it’s so versatile!

I really like them to make a berry soda, but berry ice latte and berry match latte was great too.

If there are any good idea to pair this one with, let me know!!
