Ingredients

  • Lean pork mince
    500g

  • Chinese cooking wine
    15g

  • Soy sauce
    15g

  • Minced garlic
    15g

  • Spring onion
    50g

  • Salt
    1g

  • Sweetener
    1g

  • Black Pepper
    1g

  • Chicken broth
    80g

  • Wonton Wrapper
    4

  • Wombok
    50g

  • Optional:
    Sesame oil

Directions

  • Combine the mince mix ingredients together.
  • In 4 separate small bowls, layer mince, wombok or a wonton wrapper, more mince, and wonton wrapper as the final layer.
  • In a pot with boiling water, place the bowls in and steam for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds, and enjoy! 🙂
