Ingredients

  • Tetley Strong Black Tea Bags
    5 packet

  • Stevia
    20 gram

  • Hot Water
    200 milliliter

  • Low-Fat Milk
    500 milliliter

Directions

  • Cooking
  • Tear open the tea bag and pour the contents into a glass container or bowl.
  • Add stevia, then pour in the boiled water. Mix well and let it steep for 3 minutes.
  • Add the low-fat milk.
  • Let it sit overnight in the fridge!
  • Strain the tea before drinking. Enjoy it hot or cold!

Notes

  • I used Liddells low fat milk!
