Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
    5 gram

  • Minced Garlic
    30 gram

  • Whelk
    1 can

  • Natural Tofu
    1 packet

  • Zucchini
    200 gram

  • Onions
    150 gram

  • Enoki Mushrooms
    350 gram

  • Gochujang Paste
    30 gram

  • Soy bean paste (doenjang)
    70 gram

  • Optional: Red pepper powder, and or Diced cayene chillis (if you want it to be spicy)

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Heat some oil in a pot, then add the garlic and cook until lightly golden and aromatic.
  • Cooking
  • After frying the garlic, add all the ingredients to the pot.
  • Cook until all the vegetables are tender.
    If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water to adjust the consistency to your liking.
