Ingredients
Olive Oil
5 gramMinced Garlic
30 gramWhelk
1 canNatural Tofu
1 packetZucchini
200 gramOnions
150 gramEnoki Mushrooms
350 gramGochujang Paste
30 gramSoy bean paste (doenjang)
70 gramOptional: Red pepper powder, and or Diced cayene chillis (if you want it to be spicy)

- Preparation
- Heat some oil in a pot, then add the garlic and cook until lightly golden and aromatic.
- Cooking
- After frying the garlic, add all the ingredients to the pot.
- Cook until all the vegetables are tender.
If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water to adjust the consistency to your liking.
