Another day, another savoury oat recipe to try and convince you that this is way better than putting protein powder in oats 😇

Ingredients

  • Quick Oats
    50 gram

  • Passata Mutti tomato sauce
    100 gram

  • Marinara mix (Thawed)
    150 gram

  • Knorr Chicken Powder
    5 gram

  • Water
    250 milliliter

  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    10 gram

  • Onion Powder
    1 pinch

  • Optional Garnishes: parsley flakes, parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Microwave the marinara mix in advance until it’s fully cooked.
  • Cooking
  • In a bowl, put everything together and mix. You can store this in the fridge for meal prep, or you can have it straight away!
  • Microwave for 1.5 minutes and stir. Further microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Give it one final stir, garnish it if you want, and enjoy!
