Mix Salad Leave
40 gramShredded Carrots
40 gramCooked Prawns (Peeled & Deveined)
175 gramCooked Rotini Pasta
125 gramWhite Sweet Corn (Canned)
20 gramMinced Garlic
35 gramSoy Sauce
30 milliliterSugar
15 gramLemon Juice
25 gramOlive Oil
15 gramEqual Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets
1 packetSesame Oil
7 gramRoasted Sesame Seeds
5 gramRice Vinegar
15 gramFish Sauce
15 gramPlum extract
10 gramWater

Directions
- Preparation
- Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- Boil or pan-cook the prawns until fully cooked.
- Grate the carrot and prepare all remaining ingredients (e.g. corn, mixed leaves).
- Prepare your dressing or sauce of choice and set it aside.
- Cooking
- In your meal prep containers, portion out each serve with cooked pasta, cooked prawns, grated carrot, corn, and mixed salad leaves.
- Pack the sauce separately into small containers or dressing pots to keep it fresh.
- When ready to eat, pour the sauce over the salad, mix, and enjoy!

- The calories can be adjusted based on how much you use of each ingredient 🙂
- We used fusilli pasta. You can use your choice of pasta!
- If you don’t have equal, you can use your sweetener of choice. Just keep in mind that the sweetness can change!
