Ingredients

  • Minced Garlic
    30 gram

  • Spring Onion
    200 gram

  • Lean Pork Mince
    1000 gram

  • Cooked White Rice
    600 gram

  • Sugar
    20 gram

  • Korean Red Pepper Powder
    10 gram

  • Olive Oil
    10 gram

  • Stevia
    50 gram

  • Kimchi Cabbage
    500 gram

  • Optional: 20g of oyster sauce (if it’s not salty enough from the kimchi!)

    Optional garnish: Sesame seeds, seaweed and fried egg

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Chop up 200g of spring onion and separate the stem part and the end parts.
  • Dice 1kg of lean pork into cubes.
  • Chop 500g of kimchi and add 20g of sugar to it.
  • Cooking
  • In a hot pan, add 10g of olive oil.
  • Add the stem part of the spring onions, kimchi, 50g of stevia and 30g of minced garlic and mix.
  • Add 1kg of lean pork and keep stirring until the pork is cooked and the liquid has reduced a little bit.
  • Combine 10g of Korean red pepper powder and 600g of day old white rice.
  • Top it off with the end part of the spring onions and give it one final mix.
  • Evenly divide it into 5 servings. You can garnish it with sesame seeds, seaweed and fried eggs before eating it!
