Ingredients
Minced Garlic
30 gramSpring Onion
200 gramLean Pork Mince
1000 gramCooked White Rice
600 gramSugar
20 gramKorean Red Pepper Powder
10 gramOlive Oil
10 gramStevia
50 gramKimchi Cabbage
500 gramOptional: 20g of oyster sauce (if it’s not salty enough from the kimchi!)
Optional garnish: Sesame seeds, seaweed and fried egg
Directions
- Preparation
- Chop up 200g of spring onion and separate the stem part and the end parts.
- Dice 1kg of lean pork into cubes.
- Chop 500g of kimchi and add 20g of sugar to it.
- Cooking
- In a hot pan, add 10g of olive oil.
- Add the stem part of the spring onions, kimchi, 50g of stevia and 30g of minced garlic and mix.
- Add 1kg of lean pork and keep stirring until the pork is cooked and the liquid has reduced a little bit.
- Combine 10g of Korean red pepper powder and 600g of day old white rice.
- Top it off with the end part of the spring onions and give it one final mix.
- Evenly divide it into 5 servings. You can garnish it with sesame seeds, seaweed and fried eggs before eating it!
