Hands down the best low calorie Creami recipe I’ve had so far 🤌🏼🍌

Ingredients

  • Skim Milk
    240 gram

  • Stevia
    15 gram

  • Salt
    1 pinch

  • Instant Pudding Mix
    10 gram

  • Ground Cinnamon
    1 dash

  • Natural Light Chobani Greek Yogurt
    40 gram

  • Banana
    150 gram

  • Toppings: sugar free caramel sauce, light whipped cream, crushed Biscoff

Directions

  • Preparation
  • In a Creami tub, add skim milk, stevia, salt, pudding mix, cinnamon, and light Greek yoghurt. With an electric hand mixer or something similar, mix it all together.
  • Mash 150g of overriped bananas and add it to the Creami tub.
  • Give it one final mix and freeze the mixture for a minimum of 24 hours.
  • Cooking
  • (Optional) Run the Creami tub under hot water for 30s-1min so that it isn’t so icy on the sides and bottom of the tub when making the ice cream.
  • Use the lite ice cream function. It will come out a bit icy. Add a dash of water and re-spin it.
  • If you have calories to spare, add any mix-ins you want, and top it off with sugar free caramel sauce, light whipped cream, and crushed Biscoff.

Notes

  • If you want more protein, you can substitute the greek yoghurt for 30g of vanilla whey protein instead!
