Sourdough Bread
2 sliceLeggo’s Pizza Tomato Paste
35 gramCooked Chicken Breast
100 gramShredded Mozzarella Cheese
30 gramWhite Onions
25 gramBlack Pepper
1 pinchOregano
1 pinchParsley
1 pinch
Directions
- Preparation
- Dice the onion and prepare cooked chicken breast (shredded or chopped into bite-sized pieces).
- Cooking
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and let it heat for about 10 minutes.
- Lay out two slices of sourdough bread.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each slice.
- Top with cooked chicken, diced onion, and a generous layer of shredded mozzarella.
- Sprinkle black pepper, oregano, and parsley over the top.
- Place on a tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
