Easy-to-make high protein pizza toast!

Ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread
    2 slice

  • Leggo’s Pizza Tomato Paste
    35 gram

  • Cooked Chicken Breast
    100 gram

  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    30 gram

  • White Onions
    25 gram

  • Black Pepper
    1 pinch

  • Oregano
    1 pinch

  • Parsley
    1 pinch

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Dice the onion and prepare cooked chicken breast (shredded or chopped into bite-sized pieces).
  • Cooking
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and let it heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Lay out two slices of sourdough bread.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over each slice.
  • Top with cooked chicken, diced onion, and a generous layer of shredded mozzarella.
  • Sprinkle black pepper, oregano, and parsley over the top.
  • Place on a tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • Enjoy immediately while hot and melty!
