Beef Slices for Hot Pot
150 gramEnoki Mushrooms
100 gramOnions
100 gramCabbages
150 gramEggs
1 largeOil
1 dashSoy Sauce
40 gramOyster Sauce
20 gramSugar
10 gramBlack Pepper
1 pinchWater
100 gramOptional: Eggs, Rice, Sesame oil
Garnish: Sesame seeds, Spring onions
Directions
- Preparation
- Chop some onions and cabbage. Spray some oil in a pan and stir fry the onions.
- Make as many enoki beef rolls as you like, depending on how many servings you need.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar (or sweetener), pepper, and a splash of water to make the sauce.
- Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it well until fully mixed.
- Cooking
- In a non-stick pan, place your enoki beef rolls on top of the sautéed onions over high heat.
- Pour the sauce into the pan, cover with a lid, and let it cook through.
- Once it starts boiling, pour in the beaten egg and let it gently set.
- To serve, place shredded cabbage on a plate, top with the cooked enoki beef rolls, and drizzle with some of the sauce.
- If your calories are allowed, add a serving of rice on the side, a splash of sesame oil, and garnish as desired (e.g. sesame seeds, spring onions)
