Ingredients

  • Carrots
    140 gram

  • Cauliflower
    250 gram

  • Lean Rump Steak
    370 gram

  • Minced Garlic
    15 gram

  • Onions
    80 gram

  • Wokka Golden Hokkien Noodles
    1 packet

  • Ground Pepper
    1 pinch

  • Knorr Chicken Powder
    15 gram

  • Carrots
    50 gram

  • Sugar
    2 gram

  • Fish Sauce
    5 gram

  • Oyster Sauce
    25 gram

Directions

  • Preparation
  • Chop the vegetables of your choice, along with the beef and garlic, into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cooking
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Brown the sliced beef until just cooked, then set it aside.
  • In the same pan, add minced garlic and onion. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Add your chopped vegetables and keep stirring.
  • While the veggies cook, microwave the Hokkien noodles for 2 minutes.
  • Season the vegetables with pepper, chicken stock powder, sugar, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
  • Add the noodles and cooked beef back into the pan.
  • Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • Divide into 2 bowls and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • You can use your vegetables of choice. I personally like wombok and broccolini in mine!
