1 packetWater
500 milliliterEnoki Mushrooms
70 gramEggs
1 largeLean Beef Strips
200 gramSpring Onion
10 gramKimchi Cabbage
100 gram
Directions
- Preparation
- Chop the spring onion, kimchi and thinly slice beef.
- Cooking
- Boil water in a pot. Once the water is boiling, add the noodles seasoning packet and enoki mushrooms. Boil for 2 minutes
- After 2 minutes, add the egg. Boil for another 2 minutes
- Add your thinly sliced beef and cook for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds turn off heat and transfer to a bowl. Your beef should be medium rare.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve with a side of kimchi.
