gFor those who don’t have a rice cooker!
Ingredients
Dry White Rice
200 gramWater
200 gram
Directions
- Preparation
- Weigh and add however much rice you want.
- Wash your rice (I wash mine around 5-10 times).
- Roughly drain the rice one last time then add equal parts water for however many grams of rice you added.
- Cooking
- On high heat, bring it to a boil with the lid on.
- Turn the heat down to a simmer and let it simmer for 7.5 minutes.
- After 7.5 minutes, turn off the heat and leave it there with the lid on for another 8-10 minutes (normally 8 minutes).
- After 8-10 minutes, give it a mix and enjoy!

Notes
- You can use however much rice you want! It’s just a rough 1:1 water to rice ratio (you don’t have to be that accurate with it).
- We used Korean Short Grain / Jasmine Rice
