Ingredients

  • Matcha Green Tea Powder
    5 gram

  • Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets
    2 package

  • Ice
    150 gram

  • Low-Fat Milk
    150 gram

  • Peters No Added Sugar Vanilla Ice Cream
    100 gram

  • Optional: Whipped cream, a pinch of matcha powder for garnish

Directions

  • Cooking
  • In a blender, add ice, low fat milk, Peter’s ice cream, matcha powder and equal. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  • Serve: Pour into a tall glass.
  • Garnish (optional): Top with a swirl of whipped cream and a light dusting of matcha powder.
