Ingredients
Matcha Green Tea Powder
5 gramEqual Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets
2 packageIce
150 gramLow-Fat Milk
150 gramPeters No Added Sugar Vanilla Ice Cream
100 gramOptional: Whipped cream, a pinch of matcha powder for garnish

- Cooking
- In a blender, add ice, low fat milk, Peter’s ice cream, matcha powder and equal. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
- Serve: Pour into a tall glass.
- Garnish (optional): Top with a swirl of whipped cream and a light dusting of matcha powder.
