A few years ago, I made protein Rice Krispies inspired by Lee’s content, and it actually went viral. (video below!)
So when I was making the calorie-friendly version of the Dubai chewy cookie last time, I had an idea.
What if I turned it into a Dubai chocolate flavour?
And Yes, I did. And it turned out great!
This is extremely easy to make, way easier than most Dubai chocolate–flavoured desserts. And it’s high protein too. If you’re not making this, you’re seriously missing out. It’s perfect as a pre- or post-workout snack, when you’re feeling peckish but don’t want to ruin your macro goals, or for the girlies when their period is coming up.
It only takes 5 minutes to make, but it’s 100% worth it. Trust me! 😍

Notes
- If you sift the cacao powder, it helps prevent lumps.
- Brands I used : • Marshmallows: Pascal • Soy crisps: Wellness Road or Freshlife • Pistachio spread: Pistachio Papi smooth spread
- It goes really well with Greek yogurt. I highly recommend making a yogurt bowl with this for breakfast. (Or in a Ninja Creami 👀)
