Protein Panna Cotta

A light, guilt-free version of panna cotta with protein, only about 50 calories each. Works great as a light dessert, high-tea snack, or even post-workout treat. Customize your own Panna Cotta with your favourite fruits!

Ingredients

  • Aeroplane Jelly
    1 packet

  • Hot Water
    250 gram

  • Ice
    100 gram

  • Yoplait Zero No Added Sugar Strawberry Yoghurt
    300 gram

  • Strawberry
    200 gram

Directions

  • Preparation
  • In a mixing bowl, add the jelly powder and pour in 250 g of hot water. Stir well until the powder is completely dissolved.
  • Add 100 g of ice to cool the mixture down. Stir until melted.
  • Add 300 g of zero-sugar yogurt and mix until smooth and fully combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into 4 serving cups.
  • Refrigerate overnight until set.

  • Before serving, top with your favourite fresh or frozen fruits.

Notes

  • You can make multiple flavors by using different jelly + yogurt combinations.
  • I used Strawbery jelly – strawberry yogurt – strawberry topping vanilla berry- vanilly yougurt – blueberry topping Mango passion fruit jelly – passion fruit yougurt – mango topping • Each serving is around 50~60 kcal (may vary slightly depending on yogurt brand/amount of topping).
