Instant Coffee (Powder, Half The Caffeine)
5 gramEqual Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets
2 packageMilo Powder
5 gramBoiling Water
50 gramIce
150 gramLow-Fat Milk
150 gramPeters No Added Sugar Vanilla Ice Cream
100 gramOptional: Whipped cream, low-calorie chocolate drizzle

- Dissolve coffee and Milo: In a small cup, combine the instant coffee, Milo powder, and Equal with 50g boiling water. Stir until everything is fully dissolved and smooth. Let cool for 1–2 minutes.
- Cooking
- Blend: In a blender, add the coffee mixture, ice, low fat milk, and ice cream. Blend on high until smooth and frothy (about 30–45 seconds).
- Serve: Pour into a tall glass.
- Top it off (optional): Add a swirl of whipped cream and drizzle with low-calorie chocolate syrup for a café-style finish.
