Ingredients

  • Soft Silken Tofu
    300 gram

  • Cottage Cheese
    100 gram

  • Maple Syrup
    20 milliliter

  • Tapioca Flour
    20 gram

  • Non-Cream Biscoff Biscuit
    60 gram

  • Espresso
    1 unit

Directions

  • Preparation
  • In a blender, combine tofu, cottage cheese, maple syrup and tapioca flour. We’ll be dividing the tofu mixture into 4 serves.
  • Cooking
  • Grab 4 small cups for each serve. Crumble 1 biscoff cookie, then spoon some coffee onto the biscoff. Add half of 1 serve on top, and repeat this to create 2 layers.
  • Leave it in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours, and enjoy!

  • We used @soydelight.au tofu pudding instead of silken tofu!
