To be honest, I made this recipe to use up the pork mince before going on a long holiday. I just wanted something simple, protein-rich, and calorie friendly. I also tried it with some leftover enoki mushrooms, and it turned out to be such a great dish.
All you need to do is prep the meat and let it rest in the fridge for a while. When you are ready to eat, simply squeeze it out using a zip-lock bag. Three minutes is enough to cook the dish in the microwave, and if you have kimchi on the side, it makes the perfect dinner.
You can thank me later, hehe 😊

gIngredients
Pork mince (5% fat)
500gSoy sauce
10 gGinger paste
30 gMinced garlic
15 gDasida
10 gOyster sauce
15 gSpring onions (chopped)
100 gEnoki mushrooms
300 gOptional
Extra chopped spring onion (for garnish)
Sesame seeds
Sesame oil
Directions
- Preparation
- Chop the spring onions and prepare the ginger paste and minced garlic.
- In a bowl, combine pork mince, soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic, Dasida, oyster sauce, and spring onions. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 2 portions.
- Transfer each portion into a zip-lock bag and store in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Cooking
- Plate the enoki mushrooms evenly on a microwave-safe plate.
- Cut one corner of the zip-lock bag. Squeeze the pork mixture onto the enoki mushrooms to form wontons. Using a knife to cut the bag corner makes shaping easier. Try to space them out so they do not stick together.
- Cover the plate with plastic wrap. Microwave for 2 to 2 minutes 30 seconds.
- Remove the wrap, then microwave for another 1 minute 30 seconds uncovered to ensure the wontons are fully cooked.
- Sprinkle extra spring onion on top. (Add sesame seeds or a drizzle of sesame oil if desired.)
- Enjoy!
